P&T most used Lotus Notes databases

The most used Lotus Notes databases for the P&T organization are listed in the chart below. When adding the database to your Lotus Notes workspace, you will want to choose the application server that is nearest your location. Some databases may not be located on all servers.

The PeopleSoft Directory contains a list of all Lotus Notes users, their mail server and mail file names as well as all of the public distribution lists. The PeopleSoft Directory is automatically added to the Lotus Notes workspace during the installation of Notes. To access the PeopleSoft Directory, click the bookmark in the Favorites bookmark folder . If the "About the PeopleSoft Directory" document opens, press the {Esc} key to close it after reading it.

The first time you open a database, the "About the (database name)" document should open. Press the {Esc} key to close it after reading it. A bookmark for the all new databases will automatically be created in the Databases bookmark folder with the blue book on it. You can open the database in the future by clicking the bookmark.
