Keyboard and ALT key shortcuts in Lotus Notes
The following charts display the keyboard and ALT key shortcuts available to accomplish various tasks in Lotus Notes:
General tasks:

| Alt + b | Bookmark Bar |
| Alt + w | Places numbers on all of the open documents or databases and allows the user to then select an additional Alt # key to navigate to them |
| Alt + 1 | New Memo |
| Alt + 2 | Pulls down the Reply menu - user still must select choice |
| Alt + 3 | Forward |
| Alt + 4 | Delete (Alt 4 again removes the delete) |
| Alt + 5 | Pulls down the Folder menu - user still must select choice |
| Alt + 6 | Pulls down "Copy Into" Menu |
| Alt + 7 | Tools |
| Alt + 8 | Over Quota link |
New memo form ALT key shortcuts:
