This document describes the process through which publishers may attain proper authorization to add activities to the
Global Marketing Calendar. The process is essentially the same by theater, with the common points being:
- The budget owners are the parties responsible for entering the activities.
- For jointly sponsored activities, the lead group should take responsibility for entering the activity.
Specific regional processes are listed below:

EMEA
- Only country marketing managers can enter activities specific to their countries.
- EMEA product marketing activities must be approved by
Henry Seddon and entered by
country marketing managers or the
EMEA product marketing team.
- All pan-EMEA activities will be entered by the
EMEA marketing team:

- Only country marketing managers can enter activities specific to their countries
- JAPAC product marketing activities must be approved by
