{Alt} key causes disappearing values in Time Report
Symptom:
If information has been entered into the drop down fields while in the
Header Defaults (Time Report Defaults), pressing the
{Alt} key will cause the Country and Locality to disappear.
Cause:
The
{Alt} key.
Note: Submitting a time sheet with a missing country and/or locality may cause a timesheet to submit with invalid data.
Resolution:
Avoid using the
{Alt} key in this window. If it is pressed, use the
drop-down boxes to re-enter the information that was once there.
As a rule of thumb: use the drop-down boxes wherever possible.
