When reviewing transactions do you notice that some transactions are not where they are supposed to be? Here are some reasons as to why those transactions will not appear on your PMWB for review:

• Time entered but not submitted - still in pending status
• Time was submitted but was not posted to staging table
• Time is in the staging table, but has not been processed to the PMWB
• Time is in PMWB, but has not been priced
• Time has been priced, but was put on hold or not approved
• Approved time is in PMWB but has not been processed to Projects
• Accounting rules have not been processed
• Journal Generator has not been run
• Contracts to Billing interface has not been run
• Errors in Contracts to Billing Interface
• TMP invoice not approved
• Invoices have not been finalized

If it is suspected that any of these conditions exist, contact your SCA.
