The creation of a new position (additional headcount) or the backfilling of a vacated headcount (replacement) requires a Job Requisition. Managers will not be able to open new requisitions but should contact the PeopleSoft’s internal Recruiter that supports your organization.  The recruiter will input all the necessary recruiting information into HRDB, as well as, track applicants, and update offer details.
