Administer Bonus - Bonus Recommendations
Individual bonus recommendations are entered through the Bonus Allocation page. The bonus recommendations are then reviewed and approved by the Senior Vice Presidents.

To begin Bonus Allocation:
Log onto Planet PeopleSoft. For more information, see Eureka! Document 15270 — How to log on to Planet PeopleSoft.
Locate the Planet Navigator on the left hand side of your Planet page
Click on Applications to see a list of available applications. Access to the applications listed are role based. If you do not have access to applications that you need you must submit a NorthStar ticket.
Click on Human Resources Self-Service (HRMS).
Select Administer Bonus > Administer Bonus > Use > Bonus Allocation.
Use the drop down box to select Bonus DeptID in the Search by field. Enter your department number in the Bonus DeptID field.
Click the Search button to get a list of eligible employees for that department.
Select the employee name. You will be given a list of all bonuses for that employee.
To enter a bonus recommendation, click on the " +" button on the top or most recent row.
In the Period field, use the drop down arrow to select the appropriate quarter and year.
Enter the amount of the bonus recommendation in the Amount (Local) field and hit the tab key to populate the Amount (USD) field or you can enter in a percentage amount in the Performance field and exit the field. You will see the Amount fields populated automatically with the proper calculation based on the percentage you entered.
Click the Save button to update your changes.
Once you are done with your recommendations you must submit them for approval. Check the Submitted? box and click the Save button to submit the bonus allocation to your manager for approval.
Once the bonus has been approved you will see the approved box checked on the Bonus Recommendation page.
