How to Add Projects to Your List

Document number: 17239

The My Projects feature will allow you to create a list of your active projects. This will allow Project Managers and Projects Administrators to quickly access their projects. To take advantage of this feature, you must first add projects to your list. You do not have to be assigned as the Project Manager or Project Administrator to have a project on your list.

To add a project to your list, follow these steps:

  1. Use the link on PGS navigator to access the Projects Home page. For more information on this step see Eureka! document 17237 — How to log into the Project Application.

  2. In the navigation path on the top of the page (the bread crumbs) click on Maintain Project.

  3. Click on Use.

  4. Click on the Project General link. This will bring you to the Find an Existing Value page.

  5. Enter the Business Unit if other than the default displayed.

  6. If you know the project number you can enter this in the Project ID field and click the Search button. This will take you directly to the Project General page for the specified project ID.

    • If you do not know the exact number of the project, you can use any of the available search boxes to locate the project you wish to add. If you leave all the fields blank and click the yellow Search button you will get a list of all open projects. From the list of Search Results click on the Project ID link. This will take you into the Project General page from this project.

  7. Click the yellow Add to My Projects button to add this to your list of projects. You will see a dialog box stating "Project Added to My Projects List (13100,77). Current Project has been added to My Projects List." Click OK.

  8. Click on the Return to Project Home link located at the bottom of the page to return to the Project Home Page.

You will now be able to see the new project in your My Projects List.
