Order Management - How to Log Into License Profile

The first step in all Order Entry transactions is to check the License Profile for the customer.

To log into the License Review application follow these steps:

1. Log in to Planet PeopleSoft. For more information, see Eureka! Document 15270 — How to log onto Planet PeopleSoft.

2. Locate the Planet Navigator section on the left hand side and click the Applications link.

3. Click on the Financials (Psynergy/FSCM).

4. Click the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Applications (Psynergy/FSCM) link.

5. Click on the Manage Sales Activities link.

6. Click on the Administer License Profile link.

7. Click on the Inquire link.

8. Click on the Delivery link. This will bring you to the Find an Existing Value page.
