Project Manager Workbench total hours view
Project Manager Workbench (PMWB) provides the Project Manager with the ability to review amounts priced and to be billed for their projects. The main page presents three totals for each project, respectively for New, Approved and On-hold amounts. This guides PMs as to what is the amount billed or costed for projects. Additionally, this feature provides those totals in Hours rather than in monetary amounts. This new feature will provide PMs with an additional parameter on the review totals, which can be particularly helpful with internal or non-billable projects.
To view totals in hours, follow the steps below:
From the Projects Home Page, click the Utilities link. For more information, see Eureka! document 17237 — How to Log into Projects.
In the PMWB main page click the Hours hyperlink for the project you are reviewing. A Pop-up page will display totals of New/Approved/On-Hold hours for the project.
