How to preview, print or save a report in Mobile Time and Expense
You may preview, print or save a Travel Authorization, Time Report or Expense Report from Mobile Time and Expense (MTE).
Open the document you wish to preview.
Select File from the menu bar and select Print Pre view... from the drop down list. You will be presented with a formatted report in a new window.
If the report is too large for the screen, use the down arrow in the magnification section to reduce the size.
If the report is more than one page long, use the navigation arrows on the menu bar to advance one page (
), advance to the end of the report (
), go back one page (
), or return to the beginning of the report (
).
To print, click on the printer icon (
) located at the top. In the Print dialog box you can choose to print the whole report or only selected pages.

Mobile Time and Expense will send your document to the default printer that is set up for your system. It is not yet possible to print your MTE reports to another printer without selecting a different default printer. To change printers, go to your system settings and select a different default printer. For additional information, see Eureka! document 47013 — How to assign a default printer.

To save report to a file on the computer:
Open the document you wish to save.

Export icon (

Use the drop down arrow to access the list of available formats (CSV, Excel5, etc.) and destinations (disk file, Lotus Notes database, etc.).
Click OK.
The report will be saved.
