All PeopleSoft employees have access to Customer Connection.

You enter Customer Connection through a browser, such as Netscape or Internet Explorer.

1. To go directly to Customer Connection, type http://www.peoplesoft.com/corp/en/login.jsp in the Address bar of your browser or go to www.peoplesoft.com and click the Log In button.

2. The Customer Connection login page will display. Enter your Network username and password (same as Planet PeopleSoft login).

   Your username and password are case sensitive. If you have forgotten your network user name, see Eureka! document 55125 — Network Username.

3. Make sure Customer is selected, then click the Enter button.

If you have correctly entered your network username and password, the Customer Connection home page should open. If you are unable to log in or an error displays after you log in, see Eureka! document 28150 — Invalid username or password was specified or the Eureka topic list for Customer Connection for additional troubleshooting information.
