The Style Gallery in Microsoft Word contains preset style formats for Word templates.

To use the Style Gallery:

1. Select F ormat from Word's main toolbar.
2. Select Style Gallery from the drop down list.
3. Select a template from the Template list.
4. In the Preview area, select
   • Document - to see your current document with the style applied from the template.
   • Example - to see examples of the styles from the template.
   • Style Samples - to see a list of styles from the template.
5. Click on the OK button when you find the template you wish to use.

PeopleSoft maintains many styles that appear in the template list prefaced by ps. There may not be examples of these templates.
