To add clip-art or a photograph to your PowerPoint slide:

1. Display the slide you want to add the picture to.
2. From the main toolbar, select Insert.
3. Select Picture from the drop down list.
4. You may either insert Clip Art or a photograph into your slide.
   • To insert Clip Art, click on Clip Art. You will be taken to the Microsoft Clip Gallery, where you may select the clip art picture you want to use on your slide. Once you have located the picture to use, click on the Insert button.
   • To insert a photograph, click on From File. A new window will open which will allow you to change to the directory where your photo is on your hard drive. Once you have located the correct photo, click on the Insert button.

This will insert the desired graphic onto the slide you selected in your PowerPoint demonstration.
