How to enable/disable Microsoft Office integration with Documentum WorkSpace 3.2.10
One of the features of Documentum is integration with Microsoft Office applications, such as Microsoft Word. While working remotely, i.e., off the PeopleSoft network, you may be prompted to log in to Documentum when you open Microsoft applications. Microsoft Office integration in WorkSpace 3.2.10 is not officially supported at PeopleSoft. For more information, see Eureka! document 18085 — Documentum integration with Microsoft Office.
To disable this integration with Microsoft Word for use offline, follow these steps:
Exit Microsoft Word.
Click on Start menu and then on Programs.
Select Documentum.
Click on Disable Word Integration.
You should now be able to launch Microsoft Word without the prompt to log in to Documentum. Once disabled in Word, the Documentum File menu options have been removed.

Disabling the Documentum integration with all Microsoft applications
Exit all Microsoft applications.
The integrations with Documentum and MS Office are normally stored in the Startup folder, but they may be hidden elsewhere. Search your entire drive for the following files:
dodma10n.dll
dexcl10n.xll
If you locate these files, delete them.
Reboot.

Exit Microsoft Word.
Click on Start menu and then on Programs.
Select Documentum.
Click on Enable Word Integration.
Once Word is launched, it will add in the Documentum File menu options.
