To search in Customer Connection, follow the steps below:

1. Enter your search criteria in the search text box, then click Search. A list of results will display.

2. You can further refine your search by selecting a search area, such as Products or Support. You can also search Updates and Fixes or Advisor Webasts by clicking the Search Updates and Fixes and Search Advisor Webcasts links above the search results. For additional search information, click the Search Tips link.

3. Once you locate the desired page, click the link to view that page.
