If nothing happens when you click on the link to start a Skills OnDemand or Seminar OnDemand course, there could be a problem with your Authorware Web Player installation. To resolve, follow the instructions below:

1. First, click the following link to verify that the Web Player is installed: http://www.psknowledgecenter.com/af/peoplesoft/my/prep/webplayertest.html.

2. Click the following link: http://www.psknowledgecenter.com/af/peoplesoft/my/help/Prep_authorie.html.

3. Follow the instructions to uninstall (if necessary), then reinstall the Authorware Web Player.
