While running a Seminar OnDemand demo, the user gets audio but no video
While trying to run a demo in a Seminar OnDemand, the user can hear the audio but can't see any visuals.
To resolve, update your version of Windows Media Player. Click the following link to download the Media Player, then select the appropriate version for your operating system: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/en/download/default.asp
