I can't find my Job Family or Job Role in the Training & Development Plan Builder
What if I can't find my Job Family or Job Role (after selecting my organization)?
The job families and roles are not necessarily patterned after org charts, job titles or HR job codes. They are more related to specific work roles within the organization. It may seem a bit general at first, but as you proceed through the training and development plan tool, you will see areas of specialty and more specific training options that will either confirm (or invalidate) the job family and job role selection that you made.
If you still can't identify with any of your organization's Job Families or Roles, contact your business unit representitive listed in the "About Us" section for your school.
