The information message "Information Message: Visual Format Not Installed. Click Here To Install" may be caused by one of the following:
Not having the Visual Format editor installed on your system
To resolve, simply click on the "Click Here To Install" link to proceed with the installation. A small series of files will be placed on your system to provide a user-friendly visual editor for working with large blocks of text within a page.
Not having ActiveX Security Settings set properly
To resolve, you will need to change your ActiveX Security Settings within Internet Explorer. Please see Eureka! document
