New Hire Orientation Seminars OnDemand

Several Seminars OnDemand (online courses) have been developed to introduce new PeopleSoft employees to commonly used sites and applications. Some of the New Hire Orientation Seminars OnDemand topics include:

To take a New Hire Orientation Seminar OnDemand:

Log in to Knowledge Center. See Eureka! document 18201 — How to log in to Knowledge Center for more information.
In the left navigation bar, click on the All Courses link.
Click the All courses radio button.
Select Grouped by Curriculum in the View field.
Click Search. A list of course curriculum categories will display.
Click New Hire Orientation. A list of New Hire Orientation courses will display.
Click a course name (for example, Eureka Self Help Knowledge Base) to view the description.
To register for the Seminar OnDemand, click on the Register button at the bottom of the description page or click Register next to the course title.
Click View registered courses to view a list of courses you have registered for.
Click the Start link next to the course title (in this example, Eureka Self Help Knowledge Base).
Click the course title (in this example, Eureka Self Help Knowledge Base).
If you are prompted to run an authorware file, click OK.
Specify how you'd like to take the course - online or offline.

Click Start course online to take the course online.
To download the course to your computer to take at a later time when not connected to the network, click Download the course and take offline. For more information, see Eureka! document 18234 — How to download a Knowledge Center course.
