Documentum Event Notification
You can set up Event Notifications to let you know any time a user performs one of the following actions on a specified document:
Check in
Check out
Delete
View
Save
To set up an Event Notification:
Open Windows Explorer or Desktop Client and log in to the appropriate docbase. For more information, see Eureka! document 18081 — How to log in to Documentum.
Locate the desired document. For information on locating a document in Documentum, see Eureka! document 18243 — How to browse or search in Document.
Right click the document and select Properties. Or, select the document, click the File menu, and select Properties.
You will receive a notification in your Documentum Inbox every time the specified actions are performed on this document.
