Secretariat is a database application used by the Legal and Finance departments to manage corporate governance. To request access to Secretariat:

1. Submit a NorthStar ticket requesting access to Secretariat. Include the following information:

• Reason for access

• Job role

• Department

2. Upon approval, you will be added to the appropriate group in Secretariat.

• Read Only - Most users will be assigned to the Read Only group by Theatre. Read Only users have visibility to Corporate Data for business entities within the Theatre/Region they manage. Read Only users access Secretariat data using the SuperViewer web interface. After being granted access, Read Only users will receive the following information:

• Instructions for accessing Secretariat via SuperViewer
• A link to the SuperViewer Quick Reference Guide

• Read/Write - Users with responsibility for updating Corporate Data will be assigned to the Read/Write group by Theatre. Read/Write users can view, add, edit and delete Corporate Data. After being granted access, Read/Write users will receive the following information:

• Instructions for installing the Secretariat Client
• A link to the Secretariat Quick Reference Guide
• A link to the CorpCharts Quick Reference Guide
