Recommended Headsets for Streaming Media Creation

Whether you’re participating in a Web conference or recording multimedia, a headset (earphones and mic) will make a big difference in the sound quality. Using the internal microphone and speakers in your laptop is not recommended. Listed below are some accessories that IT has tested and therefore recommends you use. Before ordering any of the equipment listed below, make sure you have Manager approval.

MX10 Sound Mixer

This unit will allow you to use one set of headsets for both your phone and PC (useful if you plan on hosting Web conferences that provide mixed audio through the phone and the PC, or to record phone conversations on your PC). Foldable PC Headset
