iMeeting

iMentoring, iSeminar, iClass

Event administrators must create an open event and provide a completed Event Specific URL to the attendees. The Event Specific URL is the following URL, followed by the event ID: http://webcast.peoplesoft.com/psft2/syncevents/enterevent.asp?external=<Event ID>

The above Event Specific URL will not work unless the proper event ID is provided at the end of the line. After creating the event, edit it and you will see a 6 digit event ID on the first tab.

To join an existing iMentoring, iSeminar, iClass event, follow the steps below.

1. Use the Event Specific URL to join the session.

2. Provide your name, and email.

3. Approve any security warnings and the Interwise Participant should launch and connect to the event.
