Regional Configuration and Routing Control Setup
North America Administration Team:
The NA regional controllers maintain North American Regional Configuration and Routing Control. In addition to the controllers having regional configuration access, all RVP executive assistants also have access in order to facilitate the deal review process and prepare for upcoming deal review meetings.

Database Administration and Maintenance:
Overall Database Administration and Maintenance is the responsibility of the PGS Operations, Business Development Team. The primary point of contact for the database and for assistance with any of the Deal Approval Database documentation is Michael Nath. However, All administration and requests for database maintenance should be processed through the normal NorthStar process.
Appropriate NorthStar requests for Deal Approval Database maintenance include:
Addition or removal of any regional administration or configuration personnel.
Requests for access to view PGS deals globally for specific individuals
Database enhancement requests and/or suggestions for future Deal Approval Database releases.
Issues encountered with the processing and/or routing of PGS Deals through the Deal Approval Database.
