Planet welcomes the wrong person
When you log in to Planet PeopleSoft with your network username and password, you should be served up a page welcoming you by name. If the name is wrong try the following steps:
Log in to Planet PeopleSoft and click the Content button in the upper left corner of your browser window.
Click Save, then click OK to confirm. If this does not resolve your issue, continue to the next step.
Delete all the PeopleSoft cookies in your Temporary Internet Files folder. For more information see Eureka! document 19012 — How to find and delete cookies in Internet Explorer.
Clear your temporary internet files cache. For more information see Eureka! document 16093 — How to clear the cache in Internet Explorer.
