To access certain web sites you will need to have a cipher strenth of 128. If you have attempted to increase your cipher strength either through the Software Library or through the Microsoft site you may get an error similar to This package requires Internet Explorer 5.01 or Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6 or higher. Installation cancelled. In other cases the installation simply fails with no error message. To correct the problem you will have to uninstall then reinstll Microsoft Internet Explorer.
