Planet's portal is currently unavailable
Symptoms:
The following symptoms occur when a user tries to access Planet PeopleSoft:
A static links page appears instead of the normal Planet page.
The following message displays: Planet's portal is currently unavailable. In the meantime, you may continue to access the following sites outside of the portal.
Cause:
The Planet portal is temporarily unavailable.
Resolution:
If the Planet Portal is unavailable you will still be able to access most of the sites using a static links page. The static links page looks very much like the A-Z listing that you can use at any time by clicking the View A-Z Listing link located at the top of PlanetNavigator. Use the links provided until service is restored. If the link you need is not listed, portal service may be required to access that site.
