Change font size displayed by Internet Explorer
You can change the default display size of text in the Internet Explorer browser window without affecting the displays in non-browser windows. This may only be effective if the web site author has not forced a font size.

Launch Internet Explorer
Click on the View menu and select Text Size.
Change the text size to your preference
