You must specify the Primary Contact/Product
You have received a Customer1 error containing the text “ You must specify the Primary Contact/Product if multiple contact/product is entered”"
This means you have added more than one contact/Product to the Lead and did not indicate which is the Primary.
If you are adding more than one contact and product in the contact and product sections respectively, be sure to select which one of those is primary and click on the Primary checkbox. If you are only adding one record for each, there is no need to click on the Primary checkbox because it defaults to the first record.
