You are getting the Customer1 error “ No Matching values” when trying to add a contact to the Fulfillment section in a Lead/Opportunity

The available contact records in the fulfillment section are dependent on the contact records you have entered in the Contact section.  If you failed to add contacts in the Contact section, you get the error while trying to add Fulfillments.

Add contacts first in the contact section of the Lead/Opportunity. Then save the Lead/Opportunity first, before proceeding to add a Fulfillment record.
