ERROR: Value entered has more than one valid value
A user receives the error:
Value entered has more than one valid value. (15,82)
You have entered a partial value that matches more than one valid value. Press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values, or enter a more specific partial value.
Users receive this error when searching cases assigned to them or looking up worker records. This is caused by duplicate employee records.
Check Vantive to see if there are 2 records for the employee and escalate to TSO-Customer1 inbox.
