You have received the following errors when trying to launch the CTI console:

Error Opening log file. Path not found.

Error writing to log file. 'ts' is null or not an object.

These errors occur when you do not have the C:/Temp directory on your system and the CTI Console is trying to write a log file to this directory.

To resolve the problem, create the C:/Temp directory and launch the CTI console from the link in the upper right hand corner of C1.
