The Vantive error "Invalid or non-existent document" indicates that the document you are trying to open no longer exists. This occurs when a link from Vantive is pointing at a document which has been deleted or moved in a Lotus Notes database.

Contact Technical Support Operations so they can notify the Vantive administrator of the issue and the issue can be resolved.
