This error may appear when logging into the NorthStar client:

Error 35 on Line 25: Sub or Function not defined

This error indicates your client access is not fully configured for either the Informational Inbox or the Whiteboard ("Enterprise") Inbox. The missing Inbox(es) must be added by a NorthStar administrator.

To solve this, open a NorthStar ticket using one of the two methods:

• Using NorthStar web ( http://northstar), select Log Service Ticket, select your preferred contact method and click Next, choose Software Applications, choose NorthStar as the application name, and choose "I have an issue not listed above." Be sure to include the error message you are receiving, shown above.

• Using the NorthStar client, log a ticket for the affected user using:
  • Service Area: NorthStar
  • Service Type: Administration

  • Service Detail: Modify User.

  • Be sure to include the error message shown when the affected user is trying to log into their NorthStar client.
