ERROR: Error: Invalid method for window type
While exiting NorthStar client, these errors (all on one screen, possibly numerous times), can occur if you still have a NorthStar ticket open in one of the windows in NorthStar:
Function cpui_OcxInUse
Error: Invalid method for window type.
Error Line Number : 329
Error Number : 1009
To solve this, click OK to close the error window. Then close all open tickets and try to exit NorthStar again.You can get to the open windows through the Window menu.
You should be able to exit NorthStar successfully.
