ERROR: No solutions Found for this combination of descriptions and answers
The error message No solutions Found for this combination of descriptions and answers when searching in CasePoint indicates that you have probably inadvertently chosen a specific folder to search for an answer.
To resolve this, follow these steps:
If you haven't already, click on OK to remove the error message from your screen.
Look at the lower left-hand corner of your CasePoint screen in the Folders pane.
Click on F1:Cases so that it's highlighted (default color: blue).
Click the Search button again and continue your CasePoint search as you normally would.
The error should no longer appear.
