Get error when trying to access particular feature of Resource Management

Resource Management is a "role-based" application. Your "role" (deployable resource, Global Services Manager, etc.) will determine if you can access the application and what features of the application you can access. For more information about the roles, see Eureka! document 15236 — Roles in Resource Management.

If you think there has been an error in the access you've been granted, please check the Resource Management roles by job code spread sheet to see if your job code should have been granted access to the component for which you got the message. Click here for a spreadsheet of the Resource Management roles by job code.

If you believe there has been an error in the access granted to you, please open a NorthStar ticket. Click here for instructions.

  3. Enter your contact information and click Next.

  4. Choose Software Applications (the default) and click Next.

  5. In answer to the question "What application are you using?" choose Psynergy/FSCM.

  7. Fill in your Operating System and Connection information.

  8. In the Subject field, enter a short description of your problem.

  9. In the Description field, be specific as to what you are trying to access.
    • Be sure to specify that you are trying to access a link in Resource Management.
    • If you could describe what icons you clicked in what order, that would be very helpful for troubleshooting. If you do not provide this information, you may be asked to provide it later.
    • Include your job code in the Description field as well.

  10. Click on Finish.

Your access issue is submitted.
