The error
ADVISE Supervisor THAT FEEDBACK Preferences are Not Set for the Casebase
indicates that the CasePoint administrator needs to be contacted to rerun the Query Analyzer on the casebase release. Please open a NorthStar ticket for this CasePoint error and it will automatically be assigned to the CasePoint administrator. The issue will be handled during regular corporate business hours. As a workaround, you may use Eureka! to search for non-Level A documents.
