ERROR: Subscript out of range (NextAdjustment)
The Lotus Notes error message " Subscript out of range (NextAdjustment)" occurs when you create a reminder in your calendar to recur monthly by date and have selected the reminder to be moved to Monday or moved to Friday if it occurs on the weekend.
To resolve this issue you will need to create the recurring reminder, but not have the entry be moved if it falls on a weekend:
Create the recurring reminder but leave the At weekends: selection as the default - Don't Move.
Once the other parameters such as which day of the month it should occur, the start date and for how long have been set for the recurring reminder, click OK.
Click the Save & Close button to save the recurring reminder entry in your calendar.
Because the At weekends: selection is set to not move the date if it occurs on a weekend to a Monday or Friday, you will need to manually move the entries which occur on a weekend to the Monday or Friday, if needed.

By saving the recurring reminder without having those which occur on a weekend to be moved to a Monday or Friday, you should no longer encounter the error message.
To manually move a calendar entry:
Open your Lotus Notes calendar by clicking the icon in your mail file.
Highlight the calendar entry you need to move by single clicking on the entry.
Select Edit from the menu bar and select Cu t from the drop down menu.
Click the date in your calendar that you need to move the entry to.
Select Edit from the menu bar and select Paste from the drop down menu.
The calendar entry has now been moved to a different date in your calendar.
