ERROR: Cannot configure more than 250 fonts
The error message "Cannot configure more than 250 fonts" when trying to open a Lotus Notes database or view occurs when more than 250 fonts are available in your workstation's Fonts folder. The database or view may still be functional although some portions parts may appear blank or black.
Lotus Notes can only index or accommodate up to 250 fonts. Many graphics or internet applications include fonts which are added to your workstation's fonts folder. To resolve this issue, you need to reduce the number of fonts found in the Fonts folder to 250 or less.
