ERROR: No Receipt Checkbox Selected...
Symptom:
ERROR: When the No Receipt checkbox is selected, a Receipt Comment is required. Please click the Comments hyperlink to enter this information.
Cause:
You have clicked the
No Receipt checkbox when you cannot provide a receipt for an item that normally requires a receipt.
Resolution:
When this box is checked, the system requires a
Receipt Comment. You must click the Comments link and enter the reason you do not have a receipt.
