Symptom:
ERROR: The Time Report saving has failed. Please retry the operation. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
Cause:
This error can be caused by an apostrophe in the comments box in the
Time Report Defaults for a Time report.
Resolution:
If the time report is still open, click the
Time Report Defaults hyperlink. Check to see if there are any apostrophes in the comments box. If there are none and you still receive this error, please log a
NorthStar ticket.
If the time report was closed without being saved due to this error, you will need to create a new time report from scratch.
