ERROR: You are out of compliance and should be using My Wallet...
Symptom:
ERROR: You are out of compliance and should be using My Wallet to populate your expense report. (20020,9)
Cause:
An employee in the PSOFT or PSNLD business units tries to manually enter an American Express transaction dated after the My Wallet go-live date to a new expense report.
Resolution:
The American Express credit card data feed was activated for employees in the PSOFT and PSNLD business units in July, 2003. Employees located in PSBEL, PSGBR, PSFRA, PSDEU, PSITA, PSESP, PSCHE and PSCAD will begin using American Express credit card data feed on February 1, 2004. All American Express transactions must be entered from My Wallet for these business units.
