Symptom:
Error message: " No Matching Values"

Cause:
This error occurs because the Consultant has not been established as Resource in Resource Management.

Resolution:

If you are in the Resource Management Resource Profile page and attempt to maintain your resource profile and receive the error "No Matching Values":

1. Delete your Internet Cache files by going to Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Delete Files. For more information, see Eureka! document 16093 — How to clear the cache in Internet Explorer.

2. If you are still experiencing the error, contact your Consulting Manager or your Regional Resource Specialist and ask them to establish you as a Resource. Once they have Established Employee as Resource, close out your browser and re-launch the browser and access Resource Management again.

If you are still experiencing the error "No Matching Values", you will need to log a NorthStar ticket and add as much detail including steps previously tried to clear the error, path used to access Resource Management and screenshots if applicable.
