Minimum Hour Requirements for Time Reports

North America has a minimum hour requirement of 40 hours to be considered a Full Time work week.

Effective this work week, period ending date November 16, 2002, the Psynergy/FSCM Time application will require all Canadian employees with billable job codes to enter a 40-hour minimum work week.

If you work in a Job Code that requires you to meet the minimum hours and you submit a Time Report with less, you will receive the following message "You must enter at least 40 hours for the Time Report #XXXXXXX".

If you have worked less than the minimun required hours for your job assignment, you must use Policy Time to complete the remaining hours.

If you do not have enough hours to meet the minimum, and are unsure of what to use for Policy Time, contact your manager for further instruction.
