If you receive the error message " Cannot load Business Interlink plug-in (122,19). At ODOC_FUNCLIB.ODOC_LOGON.FieldFormula ODOC-LOGON PCPC:1832 Statement:24 Plug-in cannot be loaded. Please check the plug-in and required libraries are installed.", " No connection with business interlink plug-in (122,19) or any error message containing " Business Interlink" while trying to view a voucher you will need to exit the application and correctly log into the application.

To clear this error, follow these steps:

1. Log into Planet PeopleSoft. For more information, see Eureka! Document 15270 — How to log onto Planet PeopleSoft.

2. Click on Applications in the Planet Navigator section.

3. Click on Financials (Psynergy/FSCM).

4. Click on Psynergy/FSCM Voucher Inquiry/Approval link.

The error has now been cleared.
