The error message " The Project's status "Closed" prevents additional transactions (9000, 225)" means that you are trying to enter Time and / or Expense Reports against a project that has been closed.

To resolve this issue you will have to submit a NorthStar ticket. Be sure to include the Project ID number that you are using for this report.

Once the type of project is determined, the ticket will be assigned to the correct department for resolution.
