The error messages :

• Foreign amounts and monetary amounts are of different signs.
• Secondary and Primary lines are not in sync.
• The transaction for ledger ACTUAL is not in sync with the primary ledger transaction.

To resolve any of these errors, you must re-edit the journal following these steps:

1. Open the Journal Entry. (Home>People Tools>Process Financial Information> Process>Journal edit)

2. On the Request page, confirm that the check boxes for Re-Edit and Recalc Exchange Rates on the screen have been checked. (These check boxes are located at the bottom of the page.)

3. Click the Save button.

4. Click the Run button.

5. Note the Process instance number located under the Run button.

6. To see if the process was successful, click the Process Monitor link.
